• All payments must be made using the methods provided in the server.
• Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes are not allowed.

3. Refunds

Refunds depend on progress:

• No work started: Full refund
• Work in progress: Partial refund
• Completed work: No refund

4. Revisions

Minor revisions are included. Major changes or additional requests may require extra payment.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur.

6. Usage Rights

• You receive usage rights only for the purpose agreed upon.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the work as your own.
• WTX Commissions may showcase the work unless otherwise agreed.

7. Prohibited Requests

We do not accept commissions involving illegal, hateful, or stolen content.

8. Privacy

Information shared during the commission process will not be shared without consent.

9. Termination

WTX Commissions reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time. Refunds (if any) will follow the policy above.

10. Updates

• These Terms of Service may be updated at any time.
• Continuing to use WTX Commissions means you accept the latest version.

Commissioned work may be used for personal or commercial purposes as agreed. Redistribution or resale of our work without permission is prohibited.

• Requesting work that infringes on copyrights or trademarks
• Using our services to create offensive or harmful content
• Attempting to reverse engineer or copy our design processes

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is based on the progress of your commission:

Full Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if no work has been started on your commission.

Partial Refund

If work is in progress, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount will be determined based on the amount of work completed and the resources already invested in your project.

No Refund

Once work has been completed and delivered, no refund will be provided. This includes:

• Completed work that meets the agreed requirements
• Work that has been delivered and accepted
• Change of mind after work completion

Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support team via Discord or email at help@wtxcomms.com. Include your order details and reason for refund request. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

Chargebacks

Chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes are strictly prohibited. If you have concerns about your order, please contact our support team directly to resolve the issue.
